Mark Morgan
President

Mark Morgan is the President of MD Management and also an owner and board member. Mark began his career under the tutelage of his father, Frank Morgan, who co-founded the company with his uncle, Sherman Dreiseszun. Mark represents the third generation of owner-management. In 2013, Mark assumed the position of President of MD Management after serving in all aspects of the management of the company over the past thirty-five years including development, leasing, property management, finance and partner relations. His goal is to continue the many decades of success of the company and deliver exceptional results for clients and partners.

Born and raised in Kansas City, Mark attended the University of Miami and Baker University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business. In addition to his company activity, Mark has also serves as President and board member of the Morgan Family Foundation, a private not-for-profit foundation committed to providing grants to organizations that serve the youth, healthcare, civic and religious needs of the community.

In addition to his work with the Morgan Family Foundation, Mark has worked with many other organizations in the community including serving as President and board member of NCADD, a not-for-profit agency that provides programs to assist those individuals and families affected by alcohol and drug dependency.

Erika Feingold
Vice President

Erika is the Vice President of MD Management and is the representative of the fourth generation in the MD Management family. She is responsible for the company's day-to-day operations. She works closely with the President and reviews all project expenses.  She also communicates with other members of her generation to keep them abreast of the ongoing growth and development of the company.

Additionally, Erika currently serves as a Board Member and Co-Secretary of the Morgan Family Foundation where her duties include contact with the various recipients, reviewing grant requests and working with the other family members to ensure all charitable requests are properly communicated and executed.

Erika graduated from Tulane University in 1998 with a B.A. in education. After teaching at a well-known private school in New Orleans, she moved back home to the Kansas City area where she recently served as a board member of the Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy.

Garry Hayes
Director of Real Estate

Garry Hayes is the Director of Real Estate for MD Management, leading all sales and leasing efforts for the company.  He joined MD in 1995 working directly for the company’s co-founder, Sherman Dreiseszun, and just prior to Mr. Dreiseszun’s death in 2007, Garry expanded his efforts to include the entire MD Management Portfolio. Over this time period, Garry has built close relationships with the brokerage community and his efforts have allowed him to foster lifelong relationships with virtually every tenant within MD’s holdings. He also serves as Chairman of three Community Improvement District Boards.

A native from the Great Northwest, Garry and wife Debbie of almost 40 years still maintain a second home in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, where they enjoy spending time with family and friends. Even though his heart never leaves Idaho, Blue Springs is home and he is an avid sportsman, who loves the Chiefs and Royals. They have been blessed with two children and three granddaughters.

Javier Velasquez
Leasing Agent & Director of Construction

Javier Velasquez was raised in New Orleans, LA, where he attended both high school and college. He graduated from Tulane University with a degree in Latin American Studies. Javier and his family relocated to Kansas City in 2006, where he began working with The Neighborhood Group as a residential property manager.

In 2008, Javier transitioned into commercial real estate and began working at MD Management. Over the past several years, Javier has progresses into the role of head of property management and has also ventured into the field of development.
